Trackmania Nations Attention racers!

Both TMN servers are down until further notice. They will be back up as soon as possible. The stats will most likely be reset as well once the servers are back up. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Community Update - 4/25/06
Posted by: _DOA_TOKER on Tuesday, April 25, 2006 - 08:32 PM
Battlefield 2Attention Soldiers!

Although the 1.3 patch is still being worked on we wanted to provide a peek at what you can expect with the coming release:

NEW FEATURES

* Co-op: Co-op Mode allows you to play Single Player levels on the Internet and LAN with both AI controlled bots and human players. Several new options have been created that will allow the server creator to modify how the bots behave in game.
* Air dropped vehicles: Squad members can now send a request up the chain of command for a vehicle to be dropped at their location.

BUG FIXES & GAME PLAY TWEAKS

* Prevented ban list from being cleared in the event of a server crash.
* Fixed issue with players not properly ranking up on servers where they continuously play.
* Fixed bug where friendly vehicles show up as valid targets.
* Friendly Vehicle lock: Lock-on weapons do not lock on to friendly vehicles. The box with an X through it will still appear, but a lock tone will not sound and then if fired, the missile will not track the friendly target.

Keep in mind this is only a part of what 1.3 will include. Our live team is working diligently to provide the best update possible in preparation for the release of the Armored Fury booster pack!

A new stats system Exploit? Can it really be?
Posted by: _DOA_TOKER on Tuesday, April 04, 2006 - 05:52 AM
Battlefield 2A few days ago a clan by the Tag -[C.E.A]- found a buig in the ranking system and were able to give them selves millions of points..heres what they had to say...

"Please, do not annoy us for what we have done. We are the type of people who think that in-game, rankings are meaningless.

With this, we have precisely demonstrated what we mean. I don't really understand why you are annoyed with us. We're from the same 'band' (group of people I'm guessing). If you really think we did it for our benefit, why would we put Sinkope at 16 million points when the others are below 400,000?

If we did want to do this for our benefit, we would have been much more subtle, such as not making such a huge points difference.

Once again, we are all in the same boat. With this we have demonstrated that rankings are not worth or mean ****. We love this game, but EA 'touches our balls' (literal translation, they're tying to say that EA ****es them off) a lot with their ****ty expansions we have to pay for. Personally, we think they're a bunch of crooks, with an intent to charge for everything (Euro Force was a joke, we can't believe they charged for it). That's why we decided that we wanted to show them that they do things wrong.

Please, do not hate CEA for this. We don't find ourselves higher than others. We're a new clan and we know we've started off with a bad reputation.

I also want to clarify that we have not used any cheat or hack. We haven't modified the game files or used an external application. We simply found a bug in the game, and have exploited it to show to mock EA.

Finally, we ask for forgiveness from those who we've confused or annoyed tonight. Please, don't hate us, we were simply dicking around with what we discovered and we really do want fair gameplay in our server. Please accept our apologies, you are all welcome to our server.

Thank you.

PS: EA: We don't give two ****s if you reset our stats. As long as these bugs aren't fixed, we'll keep making new accounts and giving ourselves massive scores. We at CEA believe you have brought this unto yourselves for trying to milk money out of the consumer, when the original product has major bugs like what we found. We hope that with all the money you make, we'll one day get a free expansion (probably mean content).
CROOKS!"

So lets see how long it will take for yet another patch for the patch for the patch before that and before that..well you get what im sayin.

New Cry Engine
Posted by: _DOA_GRUNGIR on Saturday, April 01, 2006 - 03:40 AM
DOA Clan NewsA next-generation project by CryTek, makers of the dazzling FPS Far Cry. This game is running on the new CryENGINE 2 technology. The game is one of the the first announced to run on the advanced DirectX 10 architecture.

The only sad thing about the new engine is that EA bought CryTek, so we will have to put up with their BS to play the new FarCry games.
